Chinchilla Poland Apophis, professional chinchilla breeding
Sosnowiec, Poland
One of the largest breeding facilities in Europe: over 1000 animals, export to three continents, show titles in Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany and the Netherlands from 2016 to 2026.
Since 2005 in Sosnowiec. The facility was founded by Andrzej Poterek, and for years has been run by Konrad Poterek with the same commitment to quality. A family breeding facility in the full sense of the word.

What we breed
Three chinchilla varieties at Apophis
All three varieties are available in 24 color variants, from classic Standard through Violet, Blue Diamond, Homo Beige, Pink White, Black Pearl, Goldbar to unique hybrid mutations. Chinchilla colors.
Shorthair chinchillas
Classic variety with dense 2–3 cm coat, available in all colors. Great for new owners and for building a collection.
Angora chinchillas (RPA)
Rare, selectively bred variety with coat up to approx. 6 cm — silky and spectacular. Best Angora at European shows.
Curly chinchillas
Curled coat in varying degrees of curl. One of the rarest and most sought-after chinchilla varieties in the world.

Worldwide export: how we ship chinchillas safely
Since 2015 we have exported to three continents: Europe, the United States and Asia (including Japan, South Korea and Taiwan). Every shipment uses an IATA-certified carrier, access to water and food, and full veterinary and export documentation in compliance with IPATA.
